Grounding

A place to land.
Take a breath.
There is nothing you need to figure out here.
Nothing you need to force or become.
This space exists as a gentle reminder that your body has its own timing—
and that you are allowed to move at the pace your nervous system can hold.
You are not behind.
You are not too much.
You are not broken.
You are responding to what you’ve lived through.
And within that, there is wisdom.
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you are—
beneath the noise, beneath the protection, beneath the stories that were never yours to carry.
Your wounds are not evidence of failure.
They are openings—
places where something deeper is asking to be seen, held, and integrated.
This is where the light enters.
If you feel something here—
a softening, a pause, a quiet recognition
you’re already in relationship with your own knowing.
Let that be enough for now.
Stay here as long as you need.
You are what you have always been. The path is simply remembering. —Anandamayi Ma
