Walking Alongside You

We Are The Medicine emerged from a deep calling to integrate ancestral pathways with modern healing guidance. My intention is to create safe, sacred spaces where folks can explore their truth and hold trauma with loving presence and anchoring. I honor non-hierarchical collaboration, deep respect for our natural world, and holistic approaches that embrace the bodymind and spirit.

My Story

Healing one day, one moment at a time.

We Are The Medicine was born from lived experience.

My path into this work did not begin in theory—it began in the body. Through chronic illnesses (fibromyalgia, autoimmune, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Lyme’s disease), nervous system dysregulation, chronic PTSD, and a long history of addiction, I was brought into direct relationship with what it means to survive, to unravel, and to rebuild from the inside out.

Over time, healing became less about fixing and more about listening. More about welcoming home the parts of me that I had rejected and settling into wholeness.

Through years of personal work, study, and practice, I’ve gathered tools that support the body, the psyche, and the spirit in returning to balance. My approach is trauma-informed, intuitive, and rooted in deep compassion for the complexity of being human.

I am a Saami direct descendant, and my work is shaped by a deep respect for ancestral pathways, nature-based healing, and the remembering of what has been forgotten or suppressed. Through drumming and yoiking (Saami way of singing), I have begun to remember a way of relating to the body, the land, and spirit that feels both ancient and deeply personal. These practices have been a source of rekindling —of voice, of presence, and of stepping more fully into my own truth and sovereignty.

For the past three years, I have been in relationship with Amanita muscaria using ancestors and animal guides to teach me the medicine. Colombian and Peruvian dietas, including work with Ayahuasca and Huachuma, have supported my self exploration and return to my core values and source of joy. Over the past year, I have also worked with Kambo as a detoxing agent that has been instrumental in shifts in mind/body conditions.

Alongside these experiences, I have trained in yoga and meditation in India, and completed Vipassana courses around the world. I am currently completing my massage therapy certification to further support the body through grounded, hands-on care with a focus on myofascial and sacral-cranial modalities.

My background also includes certification in Human Design, along with ongoing study in both Western and Vedic astrology. These systems offer language for understanding patterns, cycles, and the deeper architecture of our lives.

I have co-facilitated healing and ceremonial spaces and continue to hold containers that prioritize safety, presence, and integration.

This work is not about me as a healer above others.

It is about walking alongside—offering what I have learned, what I continue to learn, and what has truly supported me in my own healing.

We are the medicine.

This is a space for remembering that nothing is inherently broken—only waiting to be met with care, attention, compassion, and truth.

Saami Lineage

listening to my ancestors

My work is shaped by a living relationship with my Sámi lineage—one rooted in listening, humility, and remembrance.

I engage in practices of listening—spending time on the land, tending to memory, and allowing what feels true to emerge slowly. This informs the way I hold space: with respect, presence, and deep responsibility.
